Built by Henry Saint Clair Wilkins in 1865, it is situated in Saddar Town. Erected to serve as a town hall, it eventually turned into an event hall and an exhibition space for various purposes. Considered one of the most photographed landmarks of the old capital city of Pakistan, it stands out quote well in terms of architecture for it differs from the local buildings.
